Bowmaker Pond Route 10 Sharon Springs NY

This pond looks very peaceful but about three weeks after I did my sketches and photos the driver of a tractor-trailer that was hauling bottled water fell asleep at the wheel and the truck went through the gaurdrails and into the pond. Not to worry though, the popular fishing site has been restored back to normal.

This painting is framed in a canvas floater style with  brushed silver and a matte black interior that shows up as the background. These frames attach to the back of the stretched canvas and gives the appearance of the art "floating" within the frame.
